7th Kup Theory

Important info

This grading is a major milestone in Taekwon-Do, a higher standard will be expected of you than at previous gradings. At this point in your training, you will be expected to think more about what movements you are doing, and offer your own viewpoint and interpretations. Breaking is also introduced as a grading requirement. Over 16s must demonstrate their breaking on a board, whereas under 16s must demonstrate the correct measure and movement without breaking.
