Free sparring - Jayu matsogi
Free sparring begins with both participants in forearm guarding block. Once the command is given:

Any attack or defence is allowed and should be executed to an appropriate target. The attacking tool must always stop short of the target to prevent serious injury. Balance and control must be maintained at all times. Try not to be too 'bouncy', this is not the same as competition sparring. There are no pads, and no rules - but make sure you only use proper Taekwon-Do techniques, and take great care in using self control. Continue until told to stop.
